Do you remember the Vuvuzela? It was the unofficial symbol of the 2010 Soccer World Cup. It was impossible to ignore it due to its blaring sound and it was very funny to see people playing it in all stadiums. Brazil as an answer to the vuvuzela presented the caxirola.
The caxirola is a colourful plastic instrument filled with beads which makes a hissing sund when shaken.
It made an appearance last April in a match between Vitoria and Bahia, two teams from Brazil. The fans instead of using the instruments to make noises in support of their teams, threw dozens of the plastic instruments into the pitch and interrupted the play.
FIFA saw this as a precedent and decided to ban the official noisemaker of the Brazil World Cup from all World Cup stadiums.
That’s why we propose you Caxi & Roll, a new exciting app from Massimo Guareschi dedicated to Brazil and to the typical percussion instrument Caxirola.
Caxi & Roll is rhythm, colours, music and fun! A perfect mix of joy and fun that will make this 2014 special, unforgettable and unique.
Follow your favourite team and keep the rhythm with our app. Shake your device, roll it, tap the screen and dance as much as you like while you are supporting your team. As you shake your device Caxi & Roll will feel every single movement and will sound exactly as a real caxirola would do.
Play your caxirola in the stadium during your team matches or switch mode and play it in the faboulous Brazilian beaches with your friends. When you are in the beach mode you can listen to many songs of the great band Criansa and dance with your favourite song.
Caxi & Roll will be the new trend of 2014, tell all your friends to download it and play all together with your own rhythm like a real percussion band.
